Our cocoa from Amazonia is planted in the shade of Brazilian fruit trees such as cupuaçu, açaí, taperebá, andiroba, besides black peppers, bringing in its terroir a completely different and tasty flavor. Babassu mesocarp, an ingredient that also has natural antioxidants, is used as a potentiating agent of the antioxidant effects of cocoa, resulting in a soft chocolate that awakens a lot of flavors.
